Hey guys! Great work on keeping the draft moving fairly quickly. Continue to make your picks as soon as possible. With that being said, we are going to be pausing the draft clock from December 23 through December 26. Teams will still be able to make their picks during that time, but there will be no 24 hour clock deadline. Enjoy your time with family and friends for Christmas! Also, just wanted to remind everyone that Free Agency is just around the corner. It will begin at 9am ET on January 2, 2019. Check out the rules if you have any questions regarding the process. A couple reminders I have for you all: --- remember, we did away with silent bidding, so all players will be in open bidding format (not bids to MLBPA) --- Yusei Kikuchi has yet to sign with an MLB team, so he is not available to be signed currently. As soon as he signs, he will be posted. The same goes for other international free agents like this that meet the thresholds to go to free agency instead of the draft. (Victor Victor Mesa is also available for bidding) --- Astros GM (Will) will once again have his spreadsheet tracker to keep teams up to date on how much cap space they have with their current bids on the market. Remember, you can't put out bids over how much cap space you have. Example... if I have $10m in cap space, I can't have the highest bid for Player A for $9m and the highest bid for Player B for $2m at the same time. Send me a PM or message on GroupMe if you have any questions! Also, if you want to join the GroupMe and haven't yet, go here. It's a fun tool for league/baseball discussion and to talk trades. No pressure if you have no interest. Thanks! Alex

This is an outrage... This title should be "Santa Pause Clause and Free Agency". The people have spoken, and we want our voices to be heard!

Of course Will is policing our bids as usual. He would.

With the tracker we can all police everyone’s bids.

The tracker does more than just track budgets - you can also see every listed free agent and their current bid status. Lots of useful stuff, almost none of it related specifically to you.

I'm saying I'd bid players up as high as I could with no intention of signing them while bidding for other players I wanted 😂
