Taking a chance on Cueto who's not been the sharpest the past few years, but he's worth the late round draft pick.

Getting rid of an old pitcher past his prime and hoping to get lucky with a draft pick. Going to let Rob Brantley go as well.

Approve I guess? Possibly selling at Cueto’s lowest value though doesn’t seem smart. This is basically the Dan Straily trade from last offseason. Maybe we need to learn a lesson

Veto. Cueto has two potential years of control and comes with coverage for only a 5th round pick? Doesn’t add up to me. I know he has injury concerns, but starting pitchers aren’t easy to come by. Also going to pull up the card that we have a new owner and if we’re gonna use it as voting for trades, we should stay consistent with it.

I’m getting 1.5 million in coverage in 21’
Pomeranz traded last offseason with one year of control and 4.5 million in coverage netted a 5th.
Straily traded last offseason with 2 years of control for a 5th and a 35 FV spec
Cashner with a year of control traded for a 5th last season
Those were all healthy pitchers that were actually contributing fantasy points to their respective teams.

Approve. Cueto will be 34 when the season begins and is an injury away from being finished. Maybe could have gotten more in return, but this isn't awful in my opinion.
