2020 Season

Good evening!

The 2020 BKDB Season will begin on March 26th.  As it was last year, the first week is a ten day matchup to accommodate the games played on the first weekend of the MLB season.  Teams will be allowed 16 starts by pitchers instead of the usual 10 starts during the first week only.  

Things to do before the season begins:

1. Add your players to ESPN.  Reminder, we can now have 40 players on our active ESPN roster.  This should save you all time in setting lineups for the week.  Teams that still need to add players are: Das (Former Giants GM) Marlins GM (Travis) Tigers GM (Jon) Guardians GM (Thomas) White Sox GM (Caleb) Andrew (Former Rangers GM) Pirates GM (Max) Jake (Former Athletics GM) Brewers GM (Tim) Reds GM (Josh)

2. Check your schedule to ensure it's accurate.  To be accurate, you need to play each team in your division two times and play no team in the league three times.  Some teams will not play every other team in their respective league (AL or NL).

We're less than three weeks away from the season. I only nag, because in the past I've had to go through and add all the players and set lineups for multiple teams who failed to do it or got busy the week of the season starting. Would prefer not to do that this year. Thanks!

You got more than an extra two weeks. As I'm sure you've all guessed, we'll simply follow what the MLB does for this season. Bummed that our league is on hold, enjoy the extra time with family everyone Also, I downloaded OOTP and it is fantastic. Well worth the $40.
