Blue Jays Accept. DeSclafani is only expected to miss one start, and I don't like my chances in the playoffs with injuries stacking up. This allows me to invest in a couple of injured guys who the shine has worn off on somewhat and see if there is something salvageable. I realize I may be funding my enemy to defeat me in the playoffs, but that is something I am willing to accept.

DiScalfani has been great this season and has two more years of control. Wendelken adds another RP for days with lots of players off. I love Calhoun as a Rangers fan, but he and Canning are both very injury prone. I like them both, but I’m still not guaranteed to make the playoffs this year so I’m still buying up some points for my matchups with the Tigers and Nats in the last two games of the season.
